When we say “Fur Europe”, “we” and “us”, we are referring to Fur Europe AIBSL and all of our affiliates.

We collect the data you submit via our contact form. By submitting the contact form, you allow us to store this data until we have treated your inquiry, but never more than 6 months.

If you have submitted a contact form you have the right to inspect the personal data in our system, or have it deleted if you ask for it. In order to exercise this right, please send an email to info@fureurope.eu.

Your rights in relation to your personal data

Unless your request is deemed excessive or unfounded, you may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal data:

    You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. You may request it at info@fureurope.eu.
  2. Right of rectification
    You have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete. You may do so via info@fureurope.eu.
  3. Right to be forgotten
    You can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records. Please contact info@fureurope.eu and we will anonymise all personal data attached to your account.
  4. Right to object
    Lastly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Privacy Protection Commission (35 Rue de la Presse, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Email: commission@privacycommission.be), when you are of the opinion that our processing of your personal data is not in compliance with applicable legislation.
